The Nimble Gripper opens itself the moment air pressure drops — no second valve, no second air line, no dropped parts sitting clamped in a fault state. Built on our proven 25mm gripper platform and reworked with a spring-return piston and a tidy rear air port, it's the simple, safer choice for anywhere a part needs to be released the instant something goes wrong.

Why you'll like it

Opens on its own. A built-in return spring pushes the jaws open automatically if air pressure is lost — power outage, hose disconnect, emergency stop, doesn't matter. Your gripper defaults to releasing, not holding.

Simpler to plumb and control. Only one air port and one solenoid valve needed to run it, instead of the usual two. Less tubing, less wiring, fewer things that can leak or fail.

Tidier install. The air line comes in through a rear-mounted port instead of sticking out the side, so it tucks in cleanly behind the gripper — great for robot end-effectors and tight fixtures where side-mounted hoses get in the way or snag.

Uses less air. Since only the closing stroke runs on compressed air, every cycle costs less than a standard double-acting gripper.

Same precision you'd expect. Hard-anodized aluminum body, high-precision guide mechanism, and ≤±0.02mm repeat accuracy carried straight over from the base platform.
